Shipping policy

Notion Jewellery will deliver the products within the United Kingdom or worldwide to the address notified to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply (see below). We will endeavour to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the United Kingdom address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.

Large Letter items, including Workshop Vouchers and any other items under £20 will be sent 1st class - £1.80

Large Letter items over £20 up to £60 will be sent 1st class Signed For - £3.20

Large Letter £60 and over will be sent UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm insured up to £250 - £7.50

Small Parcel items under £60 - Most Connoisseurs products apart from Cloths and Lox Earrings will be sent Royal Mail Small Parcel 48 hours - £4.00

Connoisseurs Cloths and Lox Earring Backs will be sent 1st Class Large letter - £2.00

Items can be paid for and collected from me on request.
